Every birthday starts with a wish – and this postcard is here to help make it come true! Say hello to my ‘Make a Wish’ postcard. This baby stars a real birthday cake (yep, with actual candles!) and a gang of adorable paper characters who are ready to party. It’s like a little wish-granting celebration in your mailbox. Whether it’s a secret hope, a wild dream, or just an extra slice of cake, this card is cheering it on!

I handmade this design, like all others, with love (and a lot of sprinkles) in my colorful studio in The Netherlands. The ‘Make a Wish’ postcard is printed on sturdy matte-finish cardboard. The front features glitter foil details that catch the light – and lots of attention. It measures 10.5 cm x 14.8 cm (or 4.1 x 5.8 inches if you’re on Team Imperial); perfect for anyone who could use a bit of birthday magic.

Ansichtkaart ‘Make a Wish’

Of het nou om een geheime wens gaat, een lang gekoesterde droom of gewoon een extra stuk taart – deze ‘Make a Wish’ ansichtkaart laat al je verjaardagswensen uitkomen!  Het enige dat je hoeft te doen, is de kaarsjes uitblazen! Voor dit design werkte ik met een echte verjaardagstaart. En ja, ook de kaarsjes zijn echt. Een clubje geïllustreerde characters staat klaar om het feest in goede banen te leiden. Deze kaart is écht een feestje in je brievenbus. 

Net als al mijn ontwerpen maakte ik dit kaartje met liefde (en een heleboel sprinkles) in mijn kleurrijke studio in Nederland. Deze ‘Make a Wish’ kaart is gedrukt op stevig karton met een matte afwerking. De voorzijde is versierd met glitterfolie die het licht – en alle aandacht – vangt. De kaart is 10,5 cm x 14,8 cm groot en perfect voor iedereen die wel wat verjaardagsmagie kan gebruiken!
